Course Structure:
-Lessons - subjects are covered on a weekly basis
-Email Discussions - weekly interactive question and answer session
-Reading Assignments - Perfecting Ourselves + various articles & writings
-Active Participation Assignments - Exercises, projects, and writings
-Final Exam/Daily Warm-Up Presentation - Personal video submission of the instructor presenting the Daily Warm-up.
The Zen Yoga Instructor Level 2 course is a 6-week intensive online correspondence course is an opportunity to delve deeper into the Zen Yoga philosophy of breath and movement through a deeper exploration of Qigong, stretching and guided meditation. The course also challenges the student to turn their attention inwards towards the self and discover the healer/teacher that exists within us all.
Final Assignment consists of a written paper on the benefits of Zen Yoga for a specific group or demographic. Finished assignments will be put into article format and we will work with the student to help identify publications to send the articles for consideration. The articles will also be posted on the Zen Yoga article page. Full credit and copyright will remain with the author.
Prerequisites: Fundamentals of Zen Yoga Online Correspondence Course & Zen Yoga Instructor Level 1 (see above).
Successful completion of this course confers the Zen Yoga Instructor Level 2 certification.

50% due with your application, 50% is due at the 4th week. Payments via check, money order or PayPal.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the fact that you will receive a home study course, the deposit is non-refundable. If you pay the full amount 50% is refundable prior to the 4th week. After the 4th week the amount paid is not refundable, but may be used toward the Zen Yoga Certification Course within one year.
This Course will emphasize personal interaction and will be a different experience for each person enrolled.
Zen Yoga Instructor - Level 3 (Sage)
The Zen Yoga Instructor Level 3 is a Master Level course. It is a 6-week intensive online correspondence course that moves beyond basic training of body and mind and delves deeper into the spiritual aspect of Zen Yoga. It is an opportunity to connect to the sacred spirit of the world and become cognizant of the spirit and energies that exist within and around us. Teachings include heart-based perception, connection to Tao/Dana energy, power animals and spirit allies, using rituals and ceremony to enhance spirituality in daily life.
Final Assignment consists of a creating a breath and movement form to be incorporated into the Zen Yoga training program.

Successful completion of this course confers the Zen Yoga Instructor Level 3 - SAGE certification.
